I'm Sorry

I'm sorry that I haven't posted anything in a while. I'm back to driving school bus and this year I have 15 more Special Needs students than I had last year.

As you can see to the right I have been getting into Ho'oponopono. I have found a way to feel calm and free, which is no easy task.  I have Ho'oponopono to thank for that.

Have you ever seen buses that have a sticker on the back end that says: Safety Is My Goal? That is not my goal, that is my LIFE. A goal is something you strive for. I don't strive for it, I do it each and every day. Driving 30+ Special Needs students on a school bus isn't an easy thing to do, but I do it safely.

I love you. Thank you.

James Prendergast Library

I ordered four copies of my book last week and received them yesterday. I immediately took two copies and jumped in my car and headed to the James Prendergast Library in Jamestown, NY. I wanted to donate them to the children's section.

I walked in and told one of the librarians that I had written the book and wanted to give them two copies. She told me to wait while she got the head librarian for the kids section. I waited. The head librarian came out and we talked. I was explaining about "Add Your Own Art Children's Books" when she said that wouldn't be good because they don't like kids drawing in the books. Well I can understand that. I did tell her that that was the whole idea   behind this line of books.

She said it would probably work if they did it as story time and then they could draw a few pages. I asked her if she would email me pictures or photo copies of the drawings and I would post them on my blog. She said she would and I gave her my information.

Those pictures won't be posted for a while, because they are on the last story time until school starts. I will be posting them as soon as they start coming in.
